Yesterday, August 8th, I was running errands in the morning as usual when a friend telephoned and asked if I had time to photography a wedding. I had plans later in the day, my camera gear was packed and ready, soI said yes to help out a couple in need. I had the wonderful pleasure of first meeting the bride, Maria. Both Maria and her husband-to-be, Herbert, were unaware that a relative had contracted a photographer at the last minute to photograph their wedding.
When the limo pulled up to the church to deliver Maria, instead of him helping her out of the limo, she was greeted by me, shaking her hand, congratulating her and telling her, "Surprise, I'm your photographer for your wedding". It was a small, simple church wedding but before their reception, I followed the limo the Rockville Civic Center in Rockville, MD. We found a nice garden to take some special moments of Maria and Herbert.
Both Maria and Herbert were very happy, and here are some of the images taken.
Congratulations Maria and Herbert!
